2.5. Access Control & Authentication

Your login credentials and authentication status are used to control access to course content on ai.korixusa.com and skills.korixusa.com. Only users with active enrollment are granted access. Your participation data — including login attempts, course access times, and enrollment status — is recorded for security, access verification, and compliance purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Service Delivery: Providing platform access, course content, tracking progress, and issuing certificates
• Access Control: Authenticating users, verifying enrollment eligibility, and controlling access to course content on subdomains
• WIOA Compliance: Collecting and reporting demographic and outcome data to federal and state workforce agencies as required by law

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Certificate Records: Certificate records and proof of completion are retained indefinitely for verification purposes.

Deletion Requests: After the 7-year retention period, your data is securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion of non-essential data by contacting support@korixusa.com, subject to legal and program obligations.

We implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption, secure authentication, and access controls.
